Guest Trader – Sausage on Tour

From Wednesday 13th May to Friday 24th May, we’re welcoming Sausage On Tour to Edinburgh Street Food as our latest guest trader.

Expect bold street food flavours and Polish-inspired comfort food, including their smoked Polish Classic, rich Black Pudding sausage, loaded Mac & Bacon, chimichurri-packed Choripan, hearty Hunters Stew and warming Vegetarian Sausage Stew.

From smoky grilled sausages to slow-cooked comfort dishes, this is proper street food made for big appetites. There’s also a Kids Sausage on the menu – and don’t forget to add their slow-cooked sauerkraut for the full experience.
