These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Edinburgh Street Food LTD (“us”, “we”, or “our”) and apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access our website at edinburgh-street-food.com or visit our physical venue.

1. Venue Operations & Entry

  • Age Verification: We operate a strict “Challenge 25” policy. We only accept valid passports, UK photocard driving licenses, or PASS accredited cards as proof of age.
  • Right of Admission: We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if they are intoxicated, aggressive, or breaching our safety protocols.
  • Cashless Venue: For security and efficiency, ESF is a 100% cashless venue. All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.

2. Food, Drink & Allergens

We host a variety of independent food traders. While we and our traders take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any food item is 100% free of allergens.

  • Guests must inform the individual trader of any allergies before placing an order.
  • External food and drink are not permitted within the venue.

3. Gift Vouchers & Digital Purchases

  • Validity: Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.
  • Redemption: Vouchers can be used for food and drink at participating traders within ESF. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Delivery: Digital vouchers are delivered via email. We are not responsible for vouchers lost due to incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

4. Use of Website & Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Edinburgh Street Food LTD.

  • You may not use our branding, logos, or photography without express written consent.
  • We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edinburgh Street Food LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your visit to our venue or consumption of products sold by independent traders.
  • The loss of personal belongings within the OMNi Centre premises.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or personal information stored therein.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
