New Guest Trader: Bonnie Events

From 26th-28th of June, we’re excited to welcome Bonnie Events to the market. Come down, say hello, and grab one of their delicious burritos while they’re here for a limited time!

Born in Edinburgh in 2014, Bonnie Burrito started as a street food vendor serving bold, freshly prepared comfort food with a unique twist. Their menu features flavour-packed fillings such as their signature IRN-BRU pulled pork, traditional haggis (with a vegetarian option available), tender fajita chicken, and tasty vegetarian options.

Customers can build their meal with a selection of fresh toppings including coriander and lime rice, Mexican black beans, homemade guacamole, fresh salsa, sour cream, cheese, jalapeños, and sweetcorn.

To finish, guests can choose from a range of house flavours and sauces—from zesty jalapeño and lime and fruity mango and habanero, to smoky chipotle or fiery Scotch bonnet for those who like extra heat.

Their aim is simple: hearty, flavourful street food made with quality ingredients and plenty of choice to suit different tastes and dietary preferences.
