Razzo Pizza Napoletana is a Leith legend known for some of the best Neapolitan-style pizza in the city. Expect slow-fermented artisanal dough, top-tier Italian ingredients and blistered, airy crusts baked at 470°C. (Hot tip: dunk them in the ‘nduja honey or ricotta pesto.) 

Founded by Ivan Georgiev in 2019, Razzo built their cult following from their Great Junction Street pizzeria, winning praise from UK press and influencers along the way. 

Start with a classic Margherita or level up with the Mortadella e Burrata or the fiery Diavola.
