Philamhor (from the Gaelic Feileadh Mor – literally Great Kilt) draws on the proud heritage of Scottish brewing and adds in the best of modern methods and ingredients. Brewed responsibly in Leith by an international team of craft beer fanatics and launched exclusively right here in ESF!
Philamhor is brewed in a Kolsch style to keep all the crisp clean flavours of a lager with added integrity of an ale, and used Saaz hops for the bite then went a little off-piste with Cascade to give an outstanding clean pint with herbal notes and a stone fruit finish. Great drinking as Philamhor lager is session beer at 4.2%, but still stands up confidently enough to pair with all of ESF’s epic street food.
