If you’ve visited Edinburgh Street Food since the arrival of our muy vibrante Tequila Baby bar, you’ll know that we make a mean Paloma… and it just so happens that next week (on the 22nd of May) it’s National Paloma Day!

Of course, we love a reason to celebrate – anything delicious – so we’ve teamed up with Cazcabel Tequila, handcrafted from local Blue Weber Agave at an independent micro distillery in a small town nestled in Mexico’s Jalisco Mountains, to launch a week-long Paloma menu. Expect the classic sweet, sour, salty and grapefruity Paloma, alongside a handful of ESF twists, available from the 20th-26th of May!
