Our dumplings are first steamed, then pan-fried to create our signature crispy base with a juicy, flavourful filling, a balance of texture and taste that defines what we do. The menu brings together authentic Cantonese classics alongside inventive fusion flavours and a few sweet treats, offering something for everyone.
