✨New Guest Trader – Bia✨

Bia brings Scottish & Irish inspired street food to ESF from 25th May – 1st June, blending authentic Celtic flavours with a modern street food twist. Founded by husband-and-wife team Amanda & Jordan, Bia is all about big flavours, warm hospitality & proper comfort food done right.

After being crowned Scottish Street Food Awards Champion in 2023, Bia went on to represent Scotland at the British Street Food Awards in London, where they picked up the award for Best Main Dish.

Their ESF menu showcases some of their award-winning favourites, including the Peppercorn Steak Sandwich with Scottish bavette steak, homemade peppercorn sauce, grilled mushrooms, caramelised onions & crispy potato on a soft white roll. Seafood lovers can dive into crispy beer-battered Fish Bites served with homemade tartare sauce, or their Scottish Mussels cooked with chorizo, Thistly Cross cider, tomatoes, shallots & garlic.

There are also lighter options like the fresh Asparagus & Potato Salad with lemon & dill vinaigrette, alongside chunky chips served with classic Gold Star brown sauce. Expect comforting Celtic-inspired dishes packed with local Scottish ingredients & bold flavour throughout their week-long residency at ESF.
