From the foot of Leith to Leith Street, Bundits, Edinburgh’s favourite handcrafted cloud-like steamed Hirata bao are now exclusively at Edinburgh Street Food.

The team, who have a fine dining background, had been dreaming of venturing into street food for years and thanks to spending more time at home during lockdown they just couldn’t keep their minds off it. Bundits launched as a pop-up in February 2021, and they’ve never looked back!

At ESF you can count on their 5 signature buns – ft insides of Korean fried chicken, prawn katsu, braised shiitake mushroom, salt and pepper tofu and Korean braised short rib – to lift your mood, alongside their best selling Korean fried cauliflower. It’s a must have side, along with the tornado potato – a popular street food dish in South Korea that’ll blow you away.
