NEW GUEST TRADER – BIA

Bia returns to Edinburgh Street Food from 1st-5th July, bringing their award-winning Scottish and Irish-inspired street food back to our guest kitchen.

Founded by Amanda from Ireland and Jordan from Scotland, Bia celebrates the best of both countries, combining locally sourced Scottish produce with Celtic-inspired recipes and a modern street food twist.

After winning the Scottish Street Food Awards in 2023, Bia went on to represent Scotland at the British Street Food Awards, where they picked up Best Main Dish.
